Joe founded Prime Source in 1982 in Shaw, Mississippi.  Prior to starting the company, Joe worked for the 3M Company for 13 years as a researcher, QA specialist, technical service engineer, and sales representative.  Joe previous work history also includes working for Color Arts as their Sales & Marketing Manager for 5 years. 
 
Joe started Prime Source to help provide quality, comprehensive print services that exceed the expectations of our customers by utilizing extensive experience in the print industry.   
 
Joe attended the University of Wisconsin – Stout, the University of Minnesota and the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

As President, Ed has the responsibility to oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. Provide leadership to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.

Ed joined Prime Source, Inc. in July of 1993 after 28 years in the Automotive Industry.

Prior to joining Prime Source, Ed worked for Ford Motor Company, Volkswagen of America, and Douglas and Lomason Company. He has held management positions in Quality, Manufacturing and Engineering.

Greg Bibbee-V.P.
Manufacturing

As Vice President of Manufacturing, Greg is responsible for the Profit and Loss, Strategic Planning, Operating and Execution for the company’s manufacturing operations.  Greg is also responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Management Systems.

Greg has been with Prime Source for ten years, originally hired as Plant Manager, he has managed and successfully started up a flexographic expansion facility as well as plant consolidations to optimize operations and corporate infrastructure.  He leads with a “Whatever It Takes” mentality, to achieve Company Goals and Customer Satisfaction.

Prior to Greg joining Prime Source, he held numerous Quality Assurance positions in the Automotive Industry. He has served as a Statistical Process Control Coordinator, Supplier Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager.

Greg attended Salem College, Glenville State College, and Salem International University, while receiving a Business Administration degree. 

Jeff Butler - VP
Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Jeff is responsible for the strategic direction and finding new markets at Prime Source, a high end graphic imaging solutions provider. Jeff has extensive experience in helping build process driven organizations that produce superior results.

Prior to joining Prime Source, Jeff served as a senior manager at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and has over 8 years experience in management consulting.

After leaving Accenture, Jeff joined Harbor Payments Corporation (now owned by American Express) as Client Partner where he was responsible for managing all sales and operational activities for one of the company's key technology platforms that accounted for over 10% of the company's revenue.

Jeff graduated from the Georgia Instititute of Technology with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jason is responsible for working with existing customers and new prospects to develop products and solutions that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.  Jason's other responsibilities include Estimating, promoting new products and services, Account Management, and managing the day-to-day activities of Prime Source Sales Representatives.

Jason has been with Prime Source for 11 years.  He graduated the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jason Whalen - VP
Sales & Marketing

As Plant Manager, Jason is responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing. It is his job to direct and coordinate all departments to obtain efficiency and economy of operations.

Prior to joining the team at Prime Source, Jason served as Technical Sales Representative for Sun Chemical (formerly Coates Screen) for 11 years, covering the southeast region. During that time, he sold printing inks and equipment to a variety of printing companies, ranging from Decals, POP, OEM, Containers, and CD/DVD replicators.

Jason graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management.

Jason Cahng - Atlanta
Plant Manager

As Plant Manager, David directs and coordinates all plant activities within the Company’s Policies and Procedures. He’s also responsible for the maintenance of our ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement Activities.

David has been with Prime Source for over 16 years. He was originally hired as a Press Operator and has been promoted to various levels within the organization. He has been responsible for multiple job functions and is very hands on within our company, which has resulted in his extensive knowledge in our manufacturing practices and within the Printing Industry.

David has also served his country in the Army National Guard for six years while furthering his professional career at Prime Source.
